Toydler reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders without prior notice. This includes voucher abuse, including vouchers redeemed using multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; and vouchers used in bad faith (resold vouchers, and vouchers used by customers to purchase products for reselling). Monies spent will be returned as store credits with 7% admin fee.

For Local delivery – we will engage local courier service. You will receive email notification from our system once the tracking no is available. If the attempt to ship is failed (in any reason) and the goods are returned to us. We will need to charge additional courier service. Hence any avoid date, please indicate at the note column provided. Free local delivery for every order with min. S$50 purchase.

Incomplete mail Address - Please make sure that the delivery address are correct. In any circumstances that the delivery address provided is incomplete, incorrect and/or interrupting the shipment process, any cost incur will be borne by customer.
Can we ship to local Singapore hotel?
Yes, we can help to arrange shipping to your designated hotel address. Kindly provide us with the detail and staying time. Apology for some B&B service, we are not able to send it due to no access permitted (no concierge) for us to deliver. Help to check with your hotel on this request prior ordering from us.  
Urgent – 24Hr Delivery Service
Yes, we are able to accommodate this request upon agreement. Please contact us before purchasing so we can ensure we have time slot available. There will be extra additional cost for this.
Please take note this service might not available during weekend, eve of public holiday and on public holiday.
For ASEAN – we will engage local courier service who served overseas as well. You will receive email notification from our system once the tracking number is available. Delivery timing may vary due to different location and each countries custom clearance. Hence lead time specified is only estimation. Shall you require the item urgently, we are able to provide you with DHL express courier (additional charges applies). Please contact us. Some location may require you to collect the item at local post office or require you to provide your identification number with copy due to each country regulation.
Take note that any custom duty is borne by customer.
