Returns

We ensure the items are checked thoroughly before shipping out.  Shall any needs to return, please see below policy:

  • Return can be requested within 7 days upon goods received and for unused product in their original packing.

  • Only due to manufacturer defects can be returned.
    Proof of purchase and pictures must be submitted to hello@toydler.com for verification.
    We might need factory advice to confirm on the request.

  • Item damaged during shipping process will not be covered as our shipping term is ex-work Toydler’s premises in Singapore.

  • One to One exchange is subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, we will offer you with store credits to be used for the next purchase. 
    Note: Exchange only applicable for products with manufacturer defects. (refer to point #2)

  • No returns for discounted /on sale items.

  • All delivery and shipping fees for returns will be borne by the customers.

  • We reserve the right to reject any item(s) that doesn’t meet our return policy requirements.

  • In the event of sending wrong items. We will recollect the items and resend the correct items. Provided the wrong item is still in the goods condition. Otherwise 50% charges of the goods will be imposed. Only local shipping fee will be borne by seller.

  • In any case, goods are sold to Singapore address and the actual customer/recipient is residing in overseas. There is no return policy will be granted. Hence please ensure to check the goods before leaving Singapore.

  • Any mishandling by customer due to way of unboxing (i.e.: using sharp objects) that damaging the product is not claimable
