Here is the shipping courier that we use to send the wooden toys to your door step.

RETURNS

We ensure the items are checked thoroughly before shipping out.  Shall any needs to return, please see below policy:

  • Return can be requested within 7 days upon goods received and for unused product in their original packing.

  • Only due to manufacturer defects can be returned.
    Proof of purchase and pictures must be submitted to hello@toydler.com for verification.
    We might need factory advice to confirm on the request.

  • Item damaged during shipping process will not be covered as our shipping term is ex-work Toydler’s premises in Singapore.

  • One to One exchange is subject to availability stock. If the item unavailable, we will offer you with store credits to be used for the next purchase.

  • No returns for discounted /on sale/ group buy items.

  • All delivery and shipping fees for returns will be borne by the customers.

  • We reserve the right to reject any item(s) that doesn’t meet our return policy requirements.

  • In the event when we sent wrong items. We will recollect the items and resend the correct items. Provided the wrong item is still in the goods condition. Otherwise 50% charges of the goods will be imposed. Only local shipping fee will be borne by seller.

  • In any case, goods are sold to Singapore address and the actual customer is resided in overseas. There is no return policy will be granted. Hence please ensure the goods condition before leaving Singapore.
